TATOC, the Timeshare Association, has announced that sponsorship for the annual conference, taking place from 9th-11th March at the Park Royal Hotel, Stretton, near Warrington, has gone beyond the board’s expectations.

“We have been delighted and surprised at the huge level of support shown by the industry for the annual conference,” explained Harry Taylor, executive chairman. “The conference is always well supported and attended but this year, with such difficult economic conditions, we were aware that sponsorship might be affected. We needn’t have worried.”

This year’s platinum sponsors include: Dial an Exchange, Diamond Resorts, RCI Europe, Silverpoint and Spice, gold sponsors are Interval International and silver sponsors are Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket.

“This year we have tried wherever possible to keep our sponsorship and delegate rates the same as last year so we can offer real value for money and an incentive to attend and sponsor. The good news is there are still some sponsorship opportunities available for companies looking to support TATOC,” added Mr Taylor.

This year’s conference speakers include Simon Jackson (Macdonald Resorts), Suzana Gomercic and Susan Crook (Diamond Resorts), Geoff Chapman (TATOC) and Lisa Ann Schreier (the Timeshare Crusader). Professor Buhalis, from Bournemouth University, will make the conference’s keynote address.

There is also a question and answer session with a panel of industry experts including Phil Watson (Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket), Dimitris Manikis (RCI Europe), Linda Freer (Resort Solutions), Susan Crook (Diamond Resorts International), Robin Mills (Spice), Simon Jackson (Macdonald Resorts) and Paul Mattimoe (Perspective International).
